Coach Damian hails from Akron, Ohio, where he played high school football under state-champion coaches Tim Flossie and Lew Lowery, earning varsity letters and postseason honors as a defensive back and wide receiver. He was also a four-year varsity baseball player with multiple postseason accolades. He continued his football career at Mount Union University under legendary coach Larry Kehres and later played semi-pro football in Germany with the Bamberg Bears.

Damian began coaching with the Young Disciples youth football program in Youngstown, Ohio, and has since led multiple championship teams in flag football and basketball, including the 2004 USAREUR Flag Football Championship and the 2015 Peterson AFB Basketball Championship. His experience, both on and off the field, makes him an invaluable asset to the KC Eagles Elite Football family.

Reagan is a former competitive gymnast who transitioned to cheerleading in high school, winning a state championship her senior year with Liberty North. Reagan has four years of coaching experience in youth gymnastics and cheer at Chalky Mountain Rocket Factory. This fall, Reagan is attending William Jewell College, where she will be double majoring in Elementary Education and Spanish while also cheering on the college team. Outside of school and cheer, she teaches preschool Spanish at The Learning Experience, volunteers at KC Pet Project, enjoys playing the piano, and spending time with her family and pets.
